We proudly offer free international shipping to most countries worldwide.

However, due to customs regulations, we currently do not ship to the following regions:

  • South America;
  • Saudi Arabia;
  • United Arab Emirates;
  • Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia;
  • India, Iraq, Iran, Sudan;
  • Maldives;
  • APO, AP.

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days;
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays;
  • High order volumes or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Order Tracking

  • A Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped;
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

No Tracking Information Available?

It’s common for tracking details to become available only after the package has been scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to a week for updates. If your tracking number shows no movement for over a week, contact us for further assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • animaldildos.org is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order;
  • All charges imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and import fees, are the responsibility of the customer;
  • Orders shipped to the European Union include a mandatory 20% VAT. This tax is collected to ensure compliant and timely delivery.

Damages

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping;
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact the courier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.

Incorrect Address

  • If the provided address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming an updated address;
  • In some cases, the package may be held at a nearby post office due to address issues. Buyers must contact the local post office or collect their package.
